Artist's Statement
Painting the landscape helps me connect with it. As I explore details, immerse in big colours, puzzle out structures and atmosphere, with each observation I learn a little more about myself and my environment. Watching the light bounce about out there, the images constantly changing, generates that “Wow” feeling. I’m seriously in awe of the world we're privileged to experience.
